IN 1977 CLINT AND SUSAN HUNTER PLANNED AND DEVELOPED THE STORAGE FACILITY ON GIUNTOLI LANE IN ARCATA, CALIFORNIA. IT WAS EXPANDED SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE YEARS AND CURRENTLY HAS OVER SIX HUNDRED UNITS.

In 2005 the Hunters purchased Arcata Mini Storage on M Street in Arcata. This facility currently has four hundred and fourty three units and is in the planning stage of expansion in the next few years.

In 2006 the Hunters broke ground on their Murray Road Property opening their first location in Mckinleyville, CA. This third location would be the biggest facility to date with six hundred and fifty units. The project included creating six acres of wet lands next to the storage facility to improve the wild life habitat allowing future species development to thrive.

Being in the storage business for over thirty years, the Hunters have learned and adapted to the needs of Humboldt County residents. Their experience and integrity in business have helped build many long term customer relationships and has provided a friendly and comfortable atmosphere for their customers.
