Before renting a unit it is important to know you will not have access to your space until you come into the office during our normal business hours and finish the move in process. This includes providing a copy of a government issued (United States) ID. This can be a State Drivers liscense, State ID, or a US Passport all of which need to be valid and not expired. 

You will also need to get a gate code asigned by our onsite manager. At this time the manager will go over your lease and make sure it is properly signed and you understand all the terms.

If you have rented from Hide-Away Self Storage in the past and we have terminated your tenancy for any reason you will need to get approval from the office manager before renting a new unit. Any Vehicles, watercraft, trailers, motorcycles, or recreational vehicles will require a copy of the registration in your name to be held on file prior to moving in.
